Covid-19 Update

As the pandemic continues, so do our policies to make sure that we keep everyone as safe and healthy as possible, while continuing to take good care of your pets. 2020 has definitely presented challenges to our business, but we feel these policies have helped us attain those goals. We have had no confirmed cases of COVID among our staff, and have kept all of our customers safe in the process. We appreciate all of your efforts, as well, to inform us of your own policies, issues and preferences as to how we work best with your needs.

Recapping the policies we implemented when the pandemic began, they are:

  • PAYMENT IS NO CONTACT. There is a payment button at the bottom of all emails (confirmation and reminders), we can bill the card on file, or you may read card information to the groomer to be input manually.

  • All groomers are requires to wear masks when engaging with a client.

  • Groomers are no longer allowed to enter a client's home to assist with catching pets or to bring pets back inside.

  • Consultations will be done via phone call prior to appointment or from a safe distance at the door.

  • Groomers can collect pets from the owner on a leash or from a backyard with an unlocked gate. Please make arrangements with the groomer when they call on their way over, if you prefer not to engage at the front door.

  • Clients are no longer be allowed in AZ Mobile Spaws vehicles for any reason. If your pet is too anxious, the groomer will return your pet and we will need to discuss rescheduling at a time more appropriate to the situation. (Trip charges will be incurred. See our Terms and Conditions for more details.)

  • If you are sick, feel sick, have/had a fever or are concerned you may have been in contact with the virus in the last 7 days, please let us know immediately and we will be happy to reschedule your appointment.

  • If you feel you are vulnerable or have a weak immune system, we request that you let us know so that we can arrange a plan with you that will meet the distancing needs specific to your situation.
