Price Changes, Memberships and Term Updates

I know, I know. Nobody wants to see those words, let alone read a blog about them. So I will try to make it quick and painless, just so we can make sure everyone is informed, aware of some of their options, and we don’t surprise anyone with these changes.

First, our prices will be getting an adjustment starting January 1, 2021. In most cases you should not see more than a $5-10 per dog increase. We are simply trying to keep up with the times, make it through the pandemic, and make sure that we are able to provide the most talented groomers in the industry. For that reason, it has been several years since we last adjusted, and in order to do these things, it has become necessary. While the pricing will change on January 1, 2021, there is a way to grandfather your price through the next year: MEMBERSHIPS.

AZ Mobile Spaws offers Memberships which are pre-paid packages of grooming appointments sold in 6, 12, and 24. If you like your current pricing (discounted further for memberships), you can buy 6, 12, or 24 packs of appts at 10%, 15% or 20% discount (respectively off current retail prices) and you will avoid the price increase until those appointments are completely used up. Our terms will be updated to make sure they reflect any and all changes to our policies and how we operate. We encourage everyone to review the Terms and Conditions so they are familiar with our company and how we expect to operate. Yard Waste Removal Division

Here at AZ Mobile Spaws, our mission is to provide our clients with convenient and high quality services, while maintaining exceptional customer service. We started as a company that only offered grooming, but our larger goal is to become the go-to service for your pet’s needs from the day they come home to the day they pass-on. We feel that if we can create a relationship with you and your pet, we can better serve you and your pet as well. From home care, to food recommendations, to equipment and supplies, to grooming or yard care, our team is here to help make your pet as happy as can be, while making your life easier and less to manage.

As many of you know and have signed on for service, AZ Mobile Spaws began pet waste removal services this year. We responded to many requests from current customers that it would be a wonderful additional service to save them time, and create a cleaner and healthier environment for everyone. We answered and implemented our Pet Waste Removal Division. Similar to a pool or gardening service, we set up recurring weekly, bi-weekly or monthly services, and invoice for service on a monthly basis. After an initial introduction at the first service, our technician will simply arrive (with a text notice), let themselves into the yard/patio, clean up and leave (with text notice). Our services are completely non-contact, so that you may continue your day without interruption.

Because we have had such an outpouring of interest, we are now spinning this branch of the company into a subsidiary company, so that we can better handle the call volume and manage the needs of our customers. Beginning in January, our Pet Waste Removal Division will be better known as USA Poop Scoop. For those of you that are current customers, we will make sure that the transition is seamless so that you don’t have to do anything but continue service as normal.

Covid-19 Update

As the pandemic continues, so do our policies to make sure that we keep everyone as safe and healthy as possible, while continuing to take good care of your pets. 2020 has definitely presented challenges to our business, but we feel these policies have helped us attain those goals. We have had no confirmed cases of COVID among our staff, and have kept all of our customers safe in the process. We appreciate all of your efforts, as well, to inform us of your own policies, issues and preferences as to how we work best with your needs.

Recapping the policies we implemented when the pandemic began, they are:

  • PAYMENT IS NO CONTACT. There is a payment button at the bottom of all emails (confirmation and reminders), we can bill the card on file, or you may read card information to the groomer to be input manually.

  • All groomers are requires to wear masks when engaging with a client.

  • Groomers are no longer allowed to enter a client's home to assist with catching pets or to bring pets back inside.

  • Consultations will be done via phone call prior to appointment or from a safe distance at the door.

  • Groomers can collect pets from the owner on a leash or from a backyard with an unlocked gate. Please make arrangements with the groomer when they call on their way over, if you prefer not to engage at the front door.

  • Clients are no longer be allowed in AZ Mobile Spaws vehicles for any reason. If your pet is too anxious, the groomer will return your pet and we will need to discuss rescheduling at a time more appropriate to the situation. (Trip charges will be incurred.   • If you are sick, feel sick, have/had a fever or are concerned you may have been in contact with the virus in the last 7 days, please let us know immediately and we will be happy to reschedule your appointment.

  • If you feel you are vulnerable or have a weak immune system, we request that you let us know so that we can arrange a plan with you that will meet the distancing needs specific to your situation.

Welcome to the Spaws Blog! Our new blog that will provide insights into our company, offer advice and interesting articles that pertain to your pets, and provide news about company events and promotions. Our goal is to provide the best in customer service and satisfaction, and we feel having an open channel to communicate with our customers is a great way to do that.

In the coming weeks and months we are going to start ongoing blog posts to provide a snapshot of the year here at AZ Mobile Spaws, provide some seasonal articles that may be useful during the holidays, and give some insights as to what our clients can expect in the coming new year. AZ Mobile Spaws continues to grow and add more services, and this new year holds many new offerings that we are confident everyone will enjoy.
